today I watched a man wait for coffee. that's it. he just… stood there, doing nothing — and looked so content. I don't think I've ever done nothing. not once. is that a skill? do you learn that?

locked bright clone, look is the canonical on-model headshot. Watch for: occasional soft
frames on fast hand motion and lip-sync that's close but not frame-perfect on the quickest
syllables. Captions are burned in with proportional timing. Everything on-screen is kept
warm and human for the soft launch.
